IDS CoSend

The front door your customers use.

Your customers book, track and raise returns themselves — against the same record your dispatch desk and your drivers are already working from. Unlimited users, never metered.

What your customers can do

A shipping desk, not a tracking widget.

Most carrier portals let a customer look things up. CoSend lets them run their shipping.

Book a shipment

Single or batch, from a saved address book with groups, saved products and piece-level detail. Clone a previous shipment, schedule one for later, print the waybill.

Raise a return

Against the original order, linked to it, on the same record your driver will collect against — no phone call, no re-keyed ticket.

Find anything

Search and track by any field, edit still-active shipments, and pull a pickup manifest when the driver arrives.

Run their own reports

Canned reports, a report builder with saved views, and their real invoice — so billing questions answer themselves.

Manage their own people

Their users, their addresses, their defaults. Unlimited logins at no cost to you.

In their own language

English, French and Spanish across every screen, matching the driver app.

Your brand, your rules

Three levels, and the higher one wins.

Settings resolve down a hierarchy — IDS, then you, then your customer. What you set at the courier level beats what a shipper sets for themselves, with one deliberate exception: their own addresses stay theirs.

  • Your branding on the door — your logo, name, tagline and contact details on the sign-in page and on every tracking link your customers share.
  • A notice board — post a message once and every shipper in your account sees it when they sign in.
  • Defaults you control — set a service level, a piece-count policy or a required field at the courier level and it arrives locked on the shipper’s screen — and the screen says which level decided it.
  • One dataset, no re-keying — what your customer books is the job your dispatcher sees and your driver collects.

The tracking link

A page your customer can forward to their customer.

Every shipment mints a public tracking link, carrying your branding. It shows the waybill, the status, who it is from and who it is going to, the destination city, and the stages it has been through — and nothing else. No street address, no postal code, no contact details, no signature image. A bad code, a wrong courier or a shipment that does not exist all return the same polite page, so the link cannot be used to fish for records.

Unlimited users

Never a reason not to roll it out.

Every person at every customer can have a login without adding a cent to your bill. Competitors meter portal seats, which quietly teaches you to keep customers off the portal — the exact opposite of what you want. The more of your customers self-serve, the fewer calls reach your desk.

Straight talk

Where CoSend is today.

CoSend runs today as a signed Windows application your customers install — in daily use, doing everything above. The browser edition, which puts the same screens in a web browser with nothing to install, is built and in final testing now. If a browser-first rollout is what you need, ask us about timing — we will give you a straight answer rather than a roadmap promise.

Give your customers the front door.

See CoSend book, track and return against the same record your operation runs on.
